Weekly govt. press briefing discussed JCs, NASSIT, crime and abortion

The restrictions on temporary vehicle licenses favored by JCs, gun control, noise pollution, the new abortion law, gangs and drunk driving during the Christmas Season were the main topics discussed at the Sierra Leone Government's weekly press briefing held at the Youyi Building.

In an air conditioned conference room on the eighth floor, senior officials from the Sierra Leone Police, NASSIT, the Sierra Leone Commission on Small Arms joined Government Spokesperson Abdulai Baratay in spelling out the policies that are making their departments more efficient and accountable to the citizens of Sierra Leone.
